The General Production Laborer is responsible for processing beef carcasses into standard market cuts while maintaining line speed and quality standards. They must ensure the fabrication floor operates safely, cleanly, and efficiently in compliance with all procedures. Candidates should be able to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods in cold, wet environments. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with previous manufacturing experience.
