Job Summary
The GIS Analyst 3 is responsible for carrying out complex spatial analysis, overseeing enterprise asset datasets, and creating GIS tools and web applications to enhance highway maintenance activities. This role also involves acting as a technical intermediary between IT teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of geospatial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced spatial analysis.
- Manage enterprise asset datasets related to highway maintenance.
- Develop GIS tools and web applications.
- Act as a technical liaison between IT and business teams.
- Ensure effective integration of geospatial solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of six years of experience in GIS and application development.
- Proficiency with the ESRI software suite.
- Must be able to work on-site in Mechanicsville, Virginia, for 3-4 days a week.
