Job Summary
The Global Client Executive plays a crucial role in overseeing a portfolio of global clients, interacting with their risk profiles to develop tailored insurance solutions, and implementing account strategies effectively. This position is essential for nurturing market relationships, managing the renewal process, and providing mentorship to team members to guarantee exceptional service quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate relationships with global clients.
- Translate client risk profiles into effective insurance strategies.
- Execute account strategies and oversee their implementation.
- Lead the renewal process for client accounts.
- Mentor and guide internal team members to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- A minimum of seven years of experience in global P&C insurance brokerage or in handling commercial lines accounts.
- A bachelor’s degree in risk management or a related discipline is preferred.
- Industry certifications such as CPCU or CRIS are advantageous.
