Job Summary
The Associate Production Scientist is responsible for the manufacturing of products in accordance with defined protocols while supporting continuous 24/7 production operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct manufacturing of products as per established guidelines.
- Support operations for around-the-clock manufacturing activities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare and manage the necessary reagents for production.
- Document processes accurately to meet regulatory standards.
- Provide technical assistance and support to team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in a scientific field.
- At least 2 years of experience in production or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Capability to lift weights of up to 35 lbs as required.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment for long durations.
