The operator’s duties include the reception, storage, management, drying, blending, and loading of grain. They are also tasked with overseeing the condition of the grain and ensuring that both the facility and equipment are kept clean and safe. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have reliable transportation. This role demands the capability to engage in physically demanding work, operate at elevated levels, and adhere to safety guidelines in English.
