Job description
**Operators** are tasked with engaging in practical cultivation activities, which encompass pond maintenance, biomass collection, and the observation of greenhouse environmental parameters. In addition, they work closely with engineering and research and development teams to enhance processes and ensure that equipment adheres to safety regulations and food quality standards. Applicants should have previous experience in the food, beverage, or pharmaceutical sectors and possess fundamental technical or mechanical abilities. This position demands physical capabilities, including the ability to lift weights exceeding 50 lbs and stand for prolonged stretches, alongside the necessity to acquire a forklift certification.
