Responsibilities encompass modifying machine settings, dressing grinding wheels, and confirming that the parts adhere to stringent tolerance specifications. Ideally, candidates should possess 2-5 years of grinding experience and be proficient in interpreting precision measurement tools and technical schematics. A high school diploma or equivalent GED is desirable, and all applicants are required to successfully complete a background check and drug test.
