**Job Title: Group Exercise Instructor**
The Group Exercise Instructor is tasked with designing and facilitating safe and effective fitness classes, all while fostering an inclusive atmosphere for all participants. Key responsibilities include tracking participant progress, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and embodying the YMCA’s core mission and values. Applicants are required to have a nationally recognized certification as a Group Fitness Instructor and be at least 18 years old. A preference will be given to those with six months to one year of experience in leading group exercise sessions.
