Job description
The Guest Service Leader plays a vital role in overseeing front-end operations, ensuring that customers have a positive checkout experience, and managing the flow of guest traffic. This individual is tasked with training, guiding, and offering performance evaluations to front-end team members, all while upholding the store’s cleanliness and safety protocols. Ideal candidates should be personable and approachable, with strong skills in staff supervision and training. The position also demands physical endurance to remain on their feet for long durations and the ability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs, in addition to proficiency in basic math and computer usage.
