**Job Title: Recruiter**
The Recruiter plays a crucial role in establishing sustainable recruitment strategies and identifying candidates that align with regional operational requirements. This position oversees the entire hiring process, which includes onboarding, orientation, and ensuring adherence to company policies and HIPAA regulations. Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma or its equivalent, while additional college education is favored. The role demands proficiency in computerized systems, excellent communication abilities, and a valid driver’s license as travel may be necessary.
