Job description
The manager is responsible for directing pharmacy operations, clinical usage, and intelligence, which encompasses overseeing drug formularies, policy development, and providing guidance to physicians. They lead cross-functional teams to execute safety initiatives, enhance cost efficiency, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Applicants should have a Doctorate in Pharmacy or a comparable degree and a current Hawaii Pharmacist License. The position requires a minimum of one year of pharmacy practice experience along with at least three years in a leadership role.
