Job Summary
The position involves executing hand finishing, deburring, and inspecting components in accordance with specified tooling and procedural guidelines. The role supports multiple processes such as grit blasting and brazing, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Perform hand finishing, deburring, and inspection of parts.
- Utilize appropriate tooling and follow work instructions.
- Support various manufacturing disciplines, including grit blasting and brazing.
- Ensure a clean and orderly working environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in component repair and inspection tooling.
- Familiarity with mechanical drawings is essential.
- Experience in FAA part 145 repair stations is preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean and 5S principles is advantageous.
