Job description
**Job Title: Handyperson**
The Handyperson will undertake various routine maintenance activities such as painting, plumbing, electrical installations, and carpentry within residential properties. Responsibilities also include the upkeep of building grounds, managing waste disposal, and addressing emergency maintenance situations when necessary. Ideal candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or construction supervision. A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred, and the ability to engage in physically demanding tasks is crucial.
