Job description
The Retail Service Specialist plays a vital role in assisting store management with day-to-day operations, customer service, and sales activities while overseeing team members. Key responsibilities include managing the store’s opening and closing procedures, handling inventory processing, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. Applicants are expected to have excellent communication abilities and be capable of obtaining RSS certification. Experience in retail sales, especially in auto parts, along with a solid understanding of automotive systems, is highly preferred.
