**Job Title: Head of Technology Risk, Governance, and Controls**
The Head of Technology Risk, Governance, and Controls is responsible for shaping and overseeing the strategy related to first-line risk management to safeguard the integrity of enterprise systems. This position involves the management of internal controls, ensuring adherence to SOX compliance, and leading audit remediation efforts. The role requires collaboration with various teams to integrate risk awareness into technology operations effectively. Ideal candidates should possess at least 15 years of experience in technology risk management and the implementation of internal controls, showcasing strong leadership skills. Proficiency in risk management frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT is essential, along with a proven ability to operate within complex stakeholder environments.
