The Head Steward is responsible for the comprehensive management of stewarding activities, encompassing dishwashing, sanitation, and waste management to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen setting. This role involves collaboration with the culinary team to oversee equipment inventory and implement safety and health protocols. Applicants should possess a high school diploma along with 2 to 5 years of experience in stewarding or kitchen management, including previous supervisory roles.
