**Health Services Administrator**
The Health Services Administrator is responsible for overseeing the healthcare delivery system on-site, which includes managing the budget, recruiting staff, and planning operations effectively. This role involves ensuring that all activities align with client contracts and fostering positive relationships with facility management. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related discipline and must be a licensed Registered Nurse. A minimum of two years of management experience in the healthcare field is essential, with a preference for those who have experience in correctional healthcare.
