**Employment Specialist II**
The Employment Specialist II is responsible for overseeing a caseload of individuals with disabilities, assisting them in obtaining and sustaining competitive, integrated employment opportunities. This role includes offering on-the-job coaching, creating tailored support plans, and working in partnership with community organizations to ensure services are delivered with a person-centered approach. Candidates should possess an associate degree along with a minimum of two years of experience in the human services sector, though a bachelor’s degree is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as are excellent organizational skills. Successful candidates must also be able to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record.
