**Job Title: Behavioral Healthcare Technician**
The Behavioral Healthcare Technician delivers direct support and care to patients within a residential environment, which encompasses administering medication and intervening during crises. Additionally, they help with daily living activities, keep accurate patient records, and ensure a secure and therapeutic atmosphere. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with strong communication and leadership abilities. Ideal candidates may hold a Medical Assisting or CNA certification and have a minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health or medical service roles.
