Stryker Corporation is looking for an Associate Field Service Technician to join their Nashville, Tennessee team. This role involves providing support to healthcare clients by maintaining and troubleshooting Stryker’s cutting-edge technological solutions. The position is primarily onsite, focusing on ensuring the functionality and reliability of medical equipment in clinical settings.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation and maintenance of Stryker’s advanced medical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to healthcare technology.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal operation of equipment.
- Offer timely and effective customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all repairs and installations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in installation and technical support, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude for complex systems.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact with a diverse range of clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region to meet customer needs.
