Job Summary
The Project Manager is tasked with guiding a specific workstream within the modernization initiative of the Indian Health Service, with an emphasis on transferring patient data to the Four Directions Warehouse. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are effectively planned, executed, and reported while maintaining oversight of project scope, risks, and coordination among stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of workstream activities related to data migration.
- Manage scope, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status and progress.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale healthcare IT or data migration programs.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to access sensitive information.
- Familiarity with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
