Job Summary
The Healthcare Principal will spearhead multidisciplinary teams in the creation and implementation of healthcare initiatives, overseeing financial budgets, project timelines, and client interactions. This role emphasizes staff mentoring, adherence to regulatory standards, and the advocacy of sustainable design methodologies within the Houston healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multidimensional teams focused on healthcare project design and delivery.
- Oversee budgets and timelines to ensure project completion within designated parameters.
- Maintain and cultivate client relationships throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.
- Ensure all projects meet regulatory compliance standards.
- Promote and integrate sustainable design practices in healthcare projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.
- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in hospital design and project management.
