The Principal will own the end-to-end operationalization of HEDIS quality measures and campaigns, including designing programs and managing vendor partners. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, develop training materials, and provide subject matter expertise for product and business development. Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in healthcare quality or related fields, with 5+ years specifically in NCQA HEDIS quality measures. Strong program management skills, proficiency in BI reporting tools, and the ability to work in a matrix environment are required.
