**Job Title: HIV Compliance Monitor**
The HIV Compliance Monitor is responsible for ensuring that HIV subcontractors across 147 counties adhere to programmatic compliance, facilitating effective management of grants. Key duties include carrying out on-site monitoring assessments, offering technical support, and recording performance metrics related to state health services. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of relevant experience in health or social service provision. Strong expertise in overseeing grant-supported programs and familiarity with HIV service regulations are crucial for success in this position.
