Job Summary
The role involves delivering personal care services, including meal preparation and light housekeeping, to clients within their residences. The caregiver is expected to communicate effectively with the support team to guarantee that clients receive dependable and compassionate support.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to clients in their homes.
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Maintain clear and open communication with the support team regarding client needs and concerns.
- Ensure that clients feel supported and comfortable during caregiving activities.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED, or a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in caregiving.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Access to a personal vehicle for travel to client locations.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and the support team effectively.
