The Home Health Aide provides direct personal healthcare and supportive services to clients in their homes under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and maintaining a safe, clean environment while documenting patient status. Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant, or completion of a relevant certification program within the last 24 months. A high school diploma is preferred, and the role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable insured transportation, and current CPR certification.
