Job Summary
The Home Health Aide plays a critical role in providing support to clients by assisting with daily living tasks and enhancing their overall well-being. This position focuses on personal care, health monitoring, and emotional encouragement to ensure clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal hygiene and grooming tasks.
- Help with meal preparation and dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean living environment.
- Monitor patient’s health and report any changes.
- Provide reminders for medication schedules.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong communication abilities are essential.
- Preferred certification as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant.
- A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are necessary.
