Job description
**Home Health Aide**
The Home Health Aide delivers hands-on support to clients by helping them with daily living activities and ensuring their personal comfort. Additionally, they carry out household tasks and communicate clinical updates to the interdisciplinary team. Applicants are required to possess a valid certification as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant and must be registered in the state registry. Preference will be given to candidates with at least six months of supervised experience in a healthcare environment and current CPR certification.
