Job Summary
The Home Health Aide is tasked with delivering direct personal care and support for daily living activities for patients within their residences. This role is essential in ensuring patient well-being and maintaining a supportive home environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Monitor and record vital signs to track patient health status.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients in their home environment.
- Document any changes in the patient’s condition or needs.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid state certification as a nurse assistant.
- Current certification in CPR is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) or successful completion of a competency training program.
