Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers thorough nursing services in the residences of clients, which involves administering medications, performing treatments, and recording clinical observations. They work closely with the Case Manager to assess care plans and safeguard the clients’ safety and health. Applicants must possess a valid LPN license in Minnesota and have a minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare environment. A driver’s license, dependable transportation, and the capability to clear background checks are essential.
