Job description
The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for providing thorough skilled nursing care to patients in their residences, overseeing a caseload from the point of admission to discharge. This role involves collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to create tailored care plans that align with patient health objectives. Applicants should possess a degree from an accredited nursing program, hold a valid state RN license, and have a minimum of one year of clinical experience. Additionally, candidates must have a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and automobile insurance to facilitate regular travel throughout the service area.
