**Job Title: Switchboard Operator**
The Switchboard Operator plays a key role in handling incoming phone calls, directing them to the correct departments, and announcing staff as necessary. This position also involves assessing emergency calls and welcoming patients and their families with professionalism. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year’s experience in a healthcare environment. Essential skills include proficiency in computerized telephone systems and exceptional customer service abilities.
