Job description
**Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)**
Offer empathetic, direct personal care and assistance to hospice and home health patients within their homes. Monitor and record patient statuses while maintaining open communication with the multidisciplinary clinical team. Applicants must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Nebraska as well as a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. The role necessitates the ability to travel to patients’ residences and engage in physical activities, including lifting and aiding with patient mobility.
