Job description
**Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)**
Deliver compassionate personal care and emotional support to patients with terminal illnesses in different home or facility environments. Ensure precise documentation of patient interactions and promptly communicate any changes in their physical or mental health to the healthcare team. Candidates must possess a valid CNA license, updated CPR certification, and a driver’s license with dependable transportation. A minimum of six months of direct patient care experience is required, and applicants should be adept at working in varied care settings.
