**Job Title: Personal Care Assistant**
Deliver personalized care, hygiene support, and emotional assistance to patients with terminal illnesses, whether in their residences or care establishments. Accurately document patient interactions and promptly communicate any changes in their physical or mental status to the healthcare team. Applicants must possess a valid CNA license, current CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license along with dependable transportation. A minimum of six months of hands-on patient care experience is essential for candidates.
