Job description
**Job Title: Hospice RN**
The Hospice RN acts as the main liaison for patients and their families, offering expert nursing care and managing symptoms in both home and institutional environments. This role involves working alongside an interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans while also providing emotional and spiritual support during the hospice experience. Applicants must hold a Registered Nurse designation with a minimum of one year of experience in acute care, oncology, long-term care, hospice, or home health settings. A current nursing license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with dependable transportation are mandatory.
