The Patient Access Representative plays a key role in overseeing effective patient check-in operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires the precise collection of patient data, safeguarding confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA standards. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred, alongside a minimum of three months of experience in customer service.
