**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing various mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services to support the smooth functioning of our facilities and ensure the comfort of patients. Duties encompass the operation of high-pressure boilers, undertaking preventive maintenance tasks, and managing construction or renovation initiatives. Applicants are required to possess a high school diploma or GED and hold a valid driver’s license. A minimum of six months’ experience in commercial facility maintenance, specifically in HVAC and electrical systems, is essential.
