Job Summary
The Executive Director is tasked with delivering strategic guidance and managing the operational aspects of a large hospice facility. This position involves leading interdisciplinary teams and overseeing the daily clinical activities to ensure exceptional patient care and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical operations and ensure comprehensive patient care services.
- Lead and manage diverse teams to promote effective collaboration and communication.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Drive financial performance and sustainability of the hospice.
- Implement community outreach strategies to enhance service awareness and engagement.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of an associate degree in nursing.
- At least one year of management experience in a healthcare setting.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in hospice or home care services.
- Possession of a current nursing license and a valid driver’s license.
