It is crucial to follow all sanitation protocols and regulations diligently. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with the capability to read and write in English to effectively follow recipes. Ideally, candidates should possess five years of experience in commercial food preparation, with a strong preference for those who have worked in a hospital setting.
