The provider will play a key role in ensuring a secure and nurturing home atmosphere while aiding the individual in achieving daily living skills and personal aspirations. This position involves serving as an advocate and mentor, fostering the individual’s independence and facilitating valuable connections within the community. Prospective candidates must live in Iowa, have a valid driver’s license along with dependable transportation, and keep either home or renter’s insurance active. Additionally, applicants are required to clear state and federal background screenings and have a private bedroom accessible for the individual.
