**Job Title: House Manager**
The House Manager is responsible for supervising the daily functions of a residential facility catering to individuals with intellectual disabilities. This includes overseeing staff training and performance. A key part of the role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, managing household financial plans, and organizing medical care for residents. Applicants should possess a minimum of a high school diploma, although an associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services discipline is highly favored. Additionally, candidates should have at least two years of experience working in a group home setting for individuals with developmental disabilities and must hold a valid driver’s license.
