**House Manager**
The House Manager is responsible for supervising the everyday functions of a residential facility catering to individuals with intellectual disabilities, which includes overseeing staff management and training programs. Key responsibilities entail ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, overseeing financial management of the household, and coordinating health care services for the residents. Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma or its equivalent; however, an associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services discipline is highly desirable. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in residential care for individuals with developmental disabilities and hold a valid driver’s license.
