Job description
The Nursing Supervisor oversees the activities of hospital staff during designated shifts to ensure smooth functionality. This role entails disseminating and implementing company policies and goals to uphold exemplary patient care standards. Applicants should have completed an accredited nursing education program and possess an active Registered Nurse License in Washington. Furthermore, a minimum of one year of experience in a Charge Nurse or leadership role, along with a current BLS certification, is required.
