Job Summary
The Housekeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring that residential spaces, including individual rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas, are kept clean and hygienic. This position involves following strict safety and sanitation protocols while also maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, restrooms, and shared spaces.
- Adhere to established safety and sanitation standards.
- Keep accurate records of cleaning activities and inventories.
- Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- While previous experience in housekeeping is preferred, it is not mandatory.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is essential.
