Job Summary
The Housekeeping Staff is accountable for executing daily cleaning responsibilities which include maintaining resident rooms, restrooms, and community spaces, all while following established safety and sanitation protocols. This role is essential in promoting a clean and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily cleaning tasks in resident areas, bathrooms, and public spaces.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines during all cleaning activities.
- Keep accurate documentation of cleaning activities performed.
- Foster positive interactions with residents, employees, and guests.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is favored but not essential.
- Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and to stand for long durations.
