Job Summary
This position is essential for maintaining a clean and safe environment within residential facilities. The Housekeeper will execute daily cleaning duties, focusing on resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning and sanitizing resident areas, bathrooms, and common spaces.
- Follow safety and infection control procedures diligently.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of cleaning tasks performed.
- Engage in effective communication with residents, staff members, and supervisors regarding cleaning activities and resident needs.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory for applicants.
- Candidates must demonstrate the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be capable of standing and performing physical tasks for prolonged periods.
