Job Summary
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial properties. This role ensures that spaces are tidy, hygienic, and welcoming, contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of occupants.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while cleaning.
- Assist in laundry and ironing as needed.
- Prepare and clean rooms for guests or residents.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
