Job Summary
The Housekeeper will be responsible for executing daily cleaning operations in resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces, adhering to strict sanitation standards. The role involves ensuring that infection control protocols are followed and communicating any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks in residents’ rooms and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all designated areas.
- Observe and comply with all infection control policies and procedures.
- Report any identified maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist in upholding a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including the lifting of weights up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
