Job Summary
The Housekeeper is responsible for executing daily cleaning operations within the facility, which includes tidying up resident rooms, restrooms, and shared spaces. This role is essential in upholding safety and sanitation standards while fostering a welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily cleaning duties in resident areas, bathrooms, and communal facilities.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols during all cleaning activities.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all cleaning tasks performed.
- Engage positively with residents, guests, and fellow staff members to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Prior experience in housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Candidates must be willing to adhere to COVID-19 vaccination regulations.
